Don't get demotivated due to unsubscribers. It will always happen. What is worse than an unsubscriber is someone who doesn't unsubscribe but decreasing your open rate by not opening your e-mails. :)

You're absolutely right, Ciler! I also want a higher open rate, so asking people's preferences is only to serve them better. I guess unsubscribers are part of the game :)

Exactly! I know that it doesn't feel good but we need to get used to it :)

I’m glad you are exploring and seeking fun. I came to the same conclusion a few months ago. Before, I was seeking projects that would make money and abandon them as I got tired of them or bored. If we have the opportunity, it’s a luxury to explore our curiosity. So we should value it and use it!

Thank you, Alex! Yup, making things for fun or that don't move the needle, like redoing the websites, keeps high energy and creativity. So as you said, a great way to fight boredom :)

very good idea to have a paid product - at least as an experimentation.

of course your free product attracted a huge traffic, more than a thousand people - something that i can personally only dream about hahahaha - but having a paid product increases the quality of customers - people that are willing to give you their own money because they believe that your product is gonna solve a problem for them and it's not something they can just get for free and then see if it's gonna work for them or not.

I support your move.

Thanks, Amine! With a tester mindset, what can go wrong? I'll learn if people want to spend money on such a product and justify the efforts, OR if it's better to look away for other opportunities :)

Love it Mattia! Esp. the point you made about making things for fun and just for the sake of it sometimes. Allows us to be open for serendipity:)
